FCX has Partnered with Startupbootcamp Australia to Accelerate FinTech

Second Corporate Partner of the Fintech 2023 Accelerator Program Announced

Melbourne, Thursday 26th, October, 2023 Capital raising management platform, FCX, has partnered up with Startupbootcamp Australia. With the Sustainable Fintech Accelerator Program about to commence, FCX will bring digital automations and cutting-edge technology to the top emerging fintech companies from all around the world.

Next week, Startupbootcamp Australia will share the top 10 startups who have been chosen to be in this year’s Sustainable Fintech Accelerator Program. All entrepreneurs selected will share how they are developing innovative solutions to impact ESG considerations and the future of finance.

Once the program commences on the 13th of November, these startups will go through a rigorous 12 week period to strengthen their business models, validate their minimum viable products, and network with potential customers or clients.

FCX will assist startups throughout their journey and support them with their digital platform. With just the touch of a button, FCX empowers private companies from startups, to scale ups and beyond to efficiently manage their cap table, employee equity, capital raisings, and shareholder liquidity in one centralised place via its secure, transparent end to end platform.

FCX will provide participants chosen in the Sustainable Fintech Accelerator Program with complimentary access to their digital cap table services, including ESOP, for 24 months. Additionally, startups will enjoy a 50% discount on using their capital raising module to manage and complete their fundraising efforts on the platform. With FCX, startups will be able to communicate with their investor base and have share certificates generated in real time and stored on the platform. This will allow employees and investors the ability to view their holdings.

Trevor Townsend, CEO of Startupbootcamp Australia, says about the partnership, “We are delighted to have FCX as a partner on the Sustainable Fintech Program. Capital management is a crucial part of a startups journey and FCX provides a leading platform to streamline this process from early stage through to managing shareholder liquidity.”

David Ferrall, Founder & Group CEO, said about the partnership, “FCX is proud to partner with Startupbootcamp as they seek to empower the next generation of innovators. We look forward to supporting them with our intuitive tools to ensure that founders are getting their cap table right the first time without the fuss, and can focus on the mission of tackling their big, audacious goals.

FCX will join forces with our innovation-forward partners, KHQ Lawyers, Pitch Partners, Facet 5, HubSpot, Amazon, Google, Parpera, and Stripe to support the Sustainable Fintech Accelerator Program. They will help the startups manage their capital raising, share registries, and ESOP easy, lightning fast, and fully digital.
