Dean's financial services career has centered on cap table technology, corporate financing, and investor data management and analysis. Having worked with numerous private and listed companies, Dean has a broad view of the elements needed for Australian companies to be successful and compliant in managing their cap table and raising funds. Dean previously held roles at Link Market Services and Automic Group. Dean holds a both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland.

Josh has over 15 years capital markets experience in Australia and the UK across Morgan Stanley, Nomura, ASX and was most recently working in capital markets at CBA.

For the past 10 years Harriet has worked closely with several ASX top 20, private businesses and fund managers as a Client Relationship Manager. David has worked in the Fintech sector for 20+ years, working with some of Australia’s largest software developers. Working primarily in leading enterprise level software implementations, David has a wealth of experience working with clients, development and product teams and ensuring project success. David has worked in many global markets, including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the USA. David holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Kyla has held a variety of marketing and product marketing roles within technology organisations large and small from IBM to Eventus.
