Bridging the gap in private markets
Appetite for private markets has soared – and private companies have always been the backbone of the Australian economy, contributing $54bn in 2022. Of the 2.5 million companies trading in Australia, less than two thousand are listed on the ASX – that’s millions of companies looking for investors and investors looking for opportunities.
Although they are the majority, private companies have historically lacked a marketplace to connect and grow. They were forced to raise capital, manage deals, and maintain registers using manual processes subject to inefficiencies and risk at every point.
Recognising the need for a change, we leveraged our deep financial market expertise to create a solution that mirrors the seamless experience of the listed markets for private businesses and unlisted assets.

Dean Jagger
General Manager
Dean's financial services career has centered on cap table technology, corporate financing, and investor data management and analysis. Having worked with numerous private and listed companies, Dean has a broad view of the elements needed for Australian companies to be successful and compliant in managing their cap table and raising funds. Dean previously held roles at Link Market Services and Automic Group. Dean holds a both a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland.
Paul Franklin
Business Development Manager
Paul has over 20+ years of experience in financial services across London and Sydney, working in a range of roles from account management, relationship management, operations, broking and capital markets. Over the last three years Paul has been working in the Australian private markets sector conducting secondary market transactions and capital raises for Unicorns and growth companies.

Harriet Jackson has over 15 years in the corporate governance and financial services industry. David has worked in many global markets, including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the USA. David holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Tracey Ah Hee
Tracey has over 20 years global experience in data, analytics and customer experience transformation. She has held senior executive roles at PwC Australia, CoreLogic International and at KPMG in New York, where she built and led the Data Analytics and Customer Experience group for financial services, consulting to some of the world’s leading banks, insurers and wealth management organisations. She has also built start-ups into multimillion dollar businesses and has worked in Apac, US, Europe and Africa. Tracey has a BCom majoring in commercial law from Rhodes University, South Africa and an MBA from MGSM in Australia.
